Celebrate Your Life!
The Art of Celebrating Every Day

Melissa Galt knows well what it takes to celebrate her life, and in Celebrate Your Life! she shares some of the many ways you too can make every day a special occasion.

Best known for her "Do It Now" philosophy, Melissa attributes her outlook to her mother, the late Academy-Award winning actress, Anne Baxter. Baxter died suddenly when Melissa was in her early twenties, and the lesson this taught is that we each have only the moment we are in, we are guaranteed no more, so Melissa advocates making it count! This has led Melissa to a life of personal adventure including bungee jumping, hot air ballooning, skydiving, and parasailing; in her professional life, it manifests as a reinvention that began with a career in hospitality purchasing with a degree from Cornell University and now encompasses entrepreneurial success in interior design, frequent speaking engagements, a budding coaching practice, publication of books and articles, and recognition as America's Lifestyle Diva!

Melissa also admits to being inspired by the stellar success of her late godmother, costume designer-to-the-stars Edith Head, and her late great-grandfather, the legendary architect Frank Lloyd Wright. Their continued persistence and resolve to lead original lives of unique contribution have helped inspire Melissa to show others how they can rejoice in every day.

"Celebrate Your Life! is all about living your dreams today, not just wishing for them in the future. Melissa and I share this teaching and belief in the power of dreams and that it is up to each of us to make them come true. This is a powerful guidebook of great ways to celebrate your life and start on the path to achieving your dreams."

"Celebrate Your Life! is an uplifting and inspiring guide that gives all the tools needed for living a life of enthusiasm and gratitude. After all, as Melissa points out, it is all about the experiences of our hearts and stories in our minds, never the stuff."
