Physical Product Fulfillment (BOOKS)
Refund or replacement available in case of lost or damaged shipment and evidence of same. Otherwise all sales are final.
Digital Product Fulfillment (Coaching, Events & Digital Products)
Coaching & Digital Products are final sale; binding agreements are signed and in place. Digital products are delivered in full at the time of sale, and therefore cannot be refunded as the buyer has the full benefit of the product immediately.
Events are cancellable if 60 day or more notice is provided. If not, we strive to be flexible and provide a seat for same fee at future event. Otherwise all sales are final and non-refundable.

Specifically, it outlines the types of information that we gather about you while you are using this website (the “Site”), and the ways in which we use this information. This Privacy Policy, including our children’s privacy statement, does not apply to any information you may provide to us or that we may collect offline and/or through other means (for example, at a live event, via telephone, or through the mail).
