Digital Product Fulfillment (Coaching, Events & Digital Products)
Coaching & Digital Products are final sale; binding agreements are signed and in place. Digital products are delivered in full at the time of sale, and therefore cannot be refunded as the buyer has the full benefit of the product immediately.
Events are cancellable if 60 day or more notice is provided. If not, we strive to be flexible and provide a seat for same fee at future event. Otherwise all sales are final and non-refundable.
HOW WE COLLECT AND USE INFORMATION
We may collect and store personal or other information that you voluntarily supply to us online while using the Site (e.g., while on the Site or in responding via email to a feature provided on the Site). MelissaGalt.com only contacts individuals who specifically request that we do so or in the event that they have signed up to receive our free newsletters or have purchased one of our products.
