Yes, it is indulgent a bit but necessary as I see it. I have a car service that I use when I go to and from the airport. It costs no more than the parking might, and I get peace of mind and time to decompress before the craziness so prevalent in travel now kicks in. Best of all I get some refreshing conversation from those in the trenches each and every day. We talk business, latest conventions in town, driving habits, and much more. And I really enjoy a fresh viewpoint.
The gentleman that runs the service is actually a minister heading up Touch City Ministries and uses the service to fund their work. I highly recommend them, Terence is a truly great person and always has the best drivers with the most interesting stories. He has called me his mentor as when we first met I could tell he was running on empty, tired and worn out. I gave him one of my almost famous pep talks and he turned it all around. It has been fun to watch his business growth and share in the stories of his success. Check out their website. MG
