When you break your process, you break your profits…

Let me explain 👇

Your process is what takes you from "winging it" to "winning it." It’s a series of steps designed to streamline your operations, save you time, and ultimately, increase your profit.

Consider a situation in which, in your excitement to land a new client, you skipped a critical step in discussing project investment, including design fees. As a result, you spent hours crafting a proposal that was ultimately rejected because the client perceived the fees as too high. This situation could have been avoided if you had followed the best interior design process, ensuring that the client was aligned on investment expectations before taking time in the proposal.

Or, think about this: A designer agrees to an exact completion date to please a client, despite knowing that unforeseen delays are common in the industry. When the project inevitably hit delays, the client’s dissatisfaction grew, leading to a strained relationship and no future referrals.

Process. Is. Key. 👏🔑 It can be tempting to cut corners in order to secure a client, but the end result is never worth it!
