There are ONLY 3 ACTIVITIES THAT LEAD TO SALES!
1. Get out of your office (or home) and meet prospects. (Networking works, so does speaking.)
2. Pick up a phone to have conversations that lead to sales. (Voice to voice builds relationships.)
3. Use email and social networking as an adjunct ONLY, never a substitute. (Email is the least reliable method of getting through today.)

- LIVE (face to face) trumps the phone.
- PHONE (voice to voice) beats email.
- EMAIL requires permission and an ability to get through filters (you are better off with SNAIL MAIL and hand written notes.)
