Sometimes it's time to "release a client to new opportunities" (sounds better than firing them, right?). When things just aren’t working out, you need to handle it like a pro. Here’s how:

📝 Check Your Contract: Make sure you have a termination clause—if not, decide if finishing the project or taking the financial hit makes more sense.

✅ Finish What You Started: Complete any tasks you’ve already committed to, and clearly outline what’s done and what’s left.

📧 Keep It Professional: Draft a polite termination letter—be clear, stay formal, and avoid making it personal.

🔗 Offer Referrals: If possible, point the client toward someone who might be a better fit.

💡 Stay Calm: Be prepared for any reaction, and stick to the facts—no need to get emotional.
