Well, it was raining and windy and a bit cool, but we did it anyway! Climbed the Eiffel Tower, that is. You can actually climb all the way to the second landing platform. The only disappointment is that there is not plaque with how far you have actually climbed and no certificate for even 20 Euros to celebrate your getting there. I’d have gladly paid for a certificate of recognition, much like the one I got in Africa for crossing the Equator. Silly but a neat remembrance, suitable for framing! MG

Glad to see that things are going well for you. Yes the tower is quite an adventure especially if your getting there first class. Quite a change in scenery from Highlands and the 21/2 street inn. Gotta love the sweet change in success, thanks for the advice. Climbing the tower is like success, once you get there you always want more!!! Be good, and say hello to the kitties for me.
