I love this scheduler. There are five levels of service, from free to customized. I’m in for just $49/year for unlimited appointments. When you climb on board, take some time (not a lot) to set up your most popular appointments by unique name (gives you marketing juice), with details, and you can create available time blocks by week, month, quarter, or year. You can easily go in and change these at any time for ultimate convenience.
This scheduler also syncs super easily with your Outlook (my fave), Google Calendar, iCal and others. And it sends reminders as well as confirmations to those who schedule time with you. I’ve looked at other schedulers and found none have the flexibility and easy interface for this non-tech. It also does NOT require folks who want to meet with you by phone or in person to register (ack, another popular scheduler does require this.)
